Hello and welcome to all the readers coming from all over the world.

Thanks to all of you who have spent their valuable time reading my *bad broken finger English* writing. Sure am not a writer, not even my English is good enough to get picture of what am talking here, and I apologize for my bad English.

For the new readers, I am 23yrs (young man:) ) Maldivian, as all Maldivian sure know from the name itself that am a true Maldivian :) . I am working in a Pvt company down here in Male', the beautiful capital city of Maldives.

On the 15^th of April 2007, I though of start a blog to share some of my interests, and here it goes.

Those who are not from Maldives, am sure you will wonder what the heaven this "kandiki" means? O'rite, "kandiki" is the name for a traditional skirt that many of the Maldivian ladies used to wear, it’s a long, black in color a special silk-like material skirt locally stitched by true Maldivian ladies of cause :) .

I was looking for a good name to this blog and this “kandiki” just popped up in my freaking idiotic mind, it’s a nick name that I used on IRC at Undernet (internet relay chat).

So…. Let’s freak it with a hot chocolate,
